Did you turn on the option to create a thread and update the thread in the settings after you created the current quizzes? It looks like all the quiz thread ids in the database are set to 0. So when it goes to reply to the thread, it doesn't see one and creates a new thread instead.

This should be fixed now on your site. I've attached the file I used to fix the issue. In case you have to reinstall, to apply the fix yourself, take the attached file and overwrite the file in <forum root>\dbtech\vbquiz\actions

I actually figured this out without needing the ftp. The navigation link didn't match the right reviews instance link. I changed the review instance shortname to match what you have in the navigation link and the sideblocks are working correctly. Let me know if it's showing as you expected now.
