I have today bought a copy of the VBShout pro for $90 with the branding free option, it doesnt seem to be downloadable though for some reason its just a serial number to make it branding free. I thought I already had the pro version but apparently not - can you check please my website is Talk...

Hi,
Just upgraded my vBulletin from 4.1.2 to 4.1.9
All I am getting on my shoutbox is 'LOADING' - it works ok if you then click on the word shoutbox but its really annoying my users.
I have reverted the templates and cleared cache and logged in and out again - still no joy...
Any other...
