I uninstalled the xml file. I accessed phpmyadmin to verify tables were removed. I rebooted http. I installed the new xml file. Although all the other issues were fixed, I still do not have the option to delete comments. I'm running as admin and both the category and usergroup permissions...

Yep, I get that and I only have one db. I ran a search for vbquiz_comments and the search came up with nothing. I'll run this by the admins at the hosting company and see what they come up with. Like you, I know there should be no reason from me to not see these tables and the db I'm checking...
