Seems like when a user gets tagged, no email notifications are sent, only alerts on the site itself. Is this true or something going on?

I created 2 hashtags for testing in a threads. I deleted the thread a few hours ago but both hashtags still appear in the sidepanel widget on forum home, even though if you click either one is shows "no results found".

Prefixes in the hashtag links "dbtech-usertag". I don't want that there. I disabled all addons except yours. Still doesn't work with tagging usergroups, only users individually.
