    I have not changed any of the CSS code. It is the same with the default style. I will find that bit of CSS and attempt to remove. But I haven't modified anything.

    I changed it to Simple. The first screenshot I submitted is what the simple looks like on they site

    When I set the style to simple I get the above image. The "Full" style even looks a bit off as well.
