    Well, just moved to nginx, and you guessed it, can't for the life of me get the rewrites to work. Lots of advice/examples out there, but I haven't been able to put the right solution for me together yet. If anybody who has been through this has any guidance, I'd be very appreciative.

    Just to add some info to this issue, creating a new instance did solve the OP's issue (1) for me, but I still can't seem to find a way to make the ratings active. If anybody has a solution, I'd be grateful.
