Also not sure if this is a bug, however we have had a user who submitted an eCheck via PayPal, and the eCommerce system seems to have invalidated the order number / deleted it.
The only possible way for us to find the order was to use the Purchase Request Key/Transaction ID
Hi, is there any possibility to create an integration to the eCommerce addon that will automatically ban a user if they open a case with PayPal/Stripe, or chargeback?
