Basically trying to set the pre-defined thread highlight as an outlightlined boxed glow rather than a solid fill. Or rathert any way in hihglight to allow this type of highlight

Any ideas?

Is it possible to still use a thread highlight in this way? If not is there any way I can make this happen?
