I checked it and no one has the "is protected group" permission, not even the Administrators.

Here's a screenshot of the permissions. I'm in the user group "Administrator". The weirdest part is, that I can edit shouts from other people in the same user group as me.

Even though I configured the permissions properly, I still can't edit other people's shouts. I can double click the shout and change the text but as soon as I press enter, it says: "Error: You may not edit others' shouts.".
