I believe that the current placement of product photos is taking lot of the page and somehow confuse users especially when they change tab (they've to scroll down the photos to see the content). Maybe is ok for up to 2 rows of thumbnails, but if a product has 50+ is really ugly. My suggestion...

Do you say it because it highlights the Forum tab. Yes, I've seen some modules that still highlight the module tab, but that's not so big issue. The important is to have the other product tabs (Overview, Features, etc) there so the user can move easily back to product page.
