When I click Opt Out on my username on the Member Map 2.1.0b2 it gives me the following error message and my browser crashes:
Ooops! We ran into some problems.
Invalid location.
Also I can't see any option to Opt Out in my user preferences which says it was added in 2.1.0b1

In case anyone else needs to enable the php phar extension, one way of doing it is to log into WHM and use EasyApache to re-compile your Apache and PHP.
The option to install phar is in the Exhaustive Options List. Tick the box next to phar then save...
