Just downloaded 1.4.1 to upgrade from 1.3.10 and when I try to import the XML I get an error: No file uploaded and no local file found.
Never had a problem importing an XML before...
Tried IE & FF both latest versions.

That sounds like a server issue, have you checked PHP's max_post_size and max_upload_size?

Nothing has changed on my server in eons in terms of configurations. You did the initial install. Version 1.3.10 was the last upgrade I did prior to this and that went smooth.
But here are the settings:
PHP Max Post Size = 8MB
PHP Max Upload Size = 2MB

I have edited my php.ini and increased both settings to:
PHP Max Post Size = 16MB
PHP Max Upload Size = 4MB
I am still getting the same error.

Try changing both of them to 128M.

If that doesn't work, try another computer.

If you have no other computer available, feel free to PM me with an FTP and AdminCP account and I'll look into it for you :)

Increased both to 128M Importing the DBSEO XML file now works.

I have the PHP Memory limit set to 400MB
and MySQL packet size set to 16MB

Ideally where should these be set to? And are there any other settings that I should look at as well?
Thank you :)
