Bug Vbshout shows the chat when user login time out

Hello,
Recently i have noticed, when user login time out, still shoutbox display the shoutflow, but when then user try to make a shout it says "You do not have permission to make a shout". Even then the user is not shown on the onlien list and upon refreshing the page the user requires login again. My concern is, I want to stop the shout update if the user cookie time is out and require login again.

Unfortunately I don't think that's possible

There's no way for me to detect whether a user has been logged out due to inactivity or if it's just a regular guest browsing. Sorry
