The instance settings have some pre-defined controls that let you change position, above footer is one of them.

Having looked into this in more detail, the "Above Footer" functionality is not available on vB3 due to a technical limitation.

I'm going to close this ticket as you continue to be rude. Taking longer than 1 hour to respond to a support ticket does not mean the product is a scam.
