Question VBO S3 option - what does this do

We're looking to move all user generated content out of the DB and out of the filesystem, and into S3. We're aware the AWS offers Cloudfront as their CDN service, so we're a bit confused why S3 is listed under CDN Integration.

Can we use this feature to move user uploads into S3, rather than us potentially having to create a new plugin or hack vB's PHP files?

Hi there,

Back when this feature was designed, CloudFront did not exist. It does not support attachments or anything like that unfortunately
