Bug Upgraded and member profile block now displays results as single posts links.

Hi, I recently upgraded to the latest version 3.1.7 from the 2 series and I've gotten a few complaints about the member profile block. Members can view their thanked post links but upon clicking the link, a new window pops up showing the single post only.

Members are complaining that this causes many windows and that they're unable to easily see the whole topic without clicking an additional link in the new window. Apparently on the 2 series, the profile block would work like the Quotes, Tags, and Mentions allowing the member to click the link and be snapped to the post within the whole topic, not just bringing up a new window showing the single post view only.

Is this a bug that can be fixed, or can I fix this somehow? I've compared the includes/class_profileblock files for the old and new version and it seems like the 2 series used to rely on the template system for rendering whereas the newest version is done through that php file.

I noticed that the version here does not work this way.

An example of the links provided for the Thanks profile block results bit are...

As you can see, the links are formatted to take the member to the single post only, and not "snap" to the post within the whole topic view like the way it used to work, and the way it works here.

This is because vB3 uses "showpost.php?p=<postid>" instead of "showthread.php?p=<postid>" for post links. vB4 uses the latter, and as such snaps to posts correctly.
