Question Upgrade from free version

I have your free version installed, if I upgrade to this paid version does it keep all of my members existing likes?

It does indeed keep all data as long as you overwrite the Lite version with the Pro version. Uninstalling first will wipe your data, so don't do that!

So keep the lite version installed, then install the pro version, run the importer script before uninstalling the lite version? When I install the pro plugin to I select to overwrite on the import?

The Pro version is an in-place upgrade, it replaces the Lite version. You never uninstall the Lite version.
