Question Upgrade to 2.0.18 now have 404 errors

So yesterday I made a HUGE jump from version 1.4.2 to 2.0.18 and now all of my existing boards/threads and links give me a 404 and redirect me to my home page (I have it set to send to home page).

I was not having any issues before I upgraded.

Any ideas where to start?

Have you tried flushing the system cache in the DBSEO CP?
