Question Support ticket fields

Works perfectly fine here. Are you sure you've actually filled out secure data? Bear in mind, only the ticket starter can do this.

Also, try it on a default (unmodified) skin, as well as with all other addons disabled, in case it's a conflict.
 
Hmm, sorry, maybe I am missing something, but I don't see any ticket fields when opening a new ticket (with admin account):

I have disabled all add-ons.
 
The fields do not show up when you create a new ticket. If you look in the reply box in this thread, you'll see a button called "Attach secure data".

That is where the support ticket fields show up.
 
🤦‍♂️ I am sorry. I must have been blind.

I can see this on my test forum, but not on the other test forum for some reason.
