Question SQL Database Size Up dbtech_registration_session

Hello guys i have a problem i have My SQL Database Disk Usage capiscity is only 6GB and now usage is 5.15 GB then i check the table Name: dbtech_registration_session
Size: 1.2 GiB
also another table dbtech_vbactivity_pointslogs have 830 MiB so my question is can i clear the sessions and points logs session ??? If yes how to clear safely without any damage please help

You can use the TRUNCATE TABLE command to get rid of the contents of those two tables.

To avoid the vBActivity table growing in size, disable the “Points for Days Registered” in the settings.

TRUNCCATE the both but still me SQL Usage showing 5.16GB why ?
But In database under folder showing 3+ GB
