Bug Shout missing random letters

Hi ...the shout is missing random letters out of words ..were getting some funny shouts ,but it dosnt always do it.

now im getting it in the neck so just wondered if anyone was getting this...thanks

it is now.. oh and its a new forum aswell

OK, then you will also need to go to your customer area and change the license settings on your products, as it is now the site you entered in the issue above is actually showing up in the piracy tracker as running un licensed products.

Are you able to find any patterns with the letters that are missing?

Such as always missing a certain letter?

no.... the only thing thats different is its set to a height of 200 on the forum . it just tends to start.. not much help

Is it just one person who has this issue?

From what I can tell on your Shoutbox, it's one user who had 1 letter missing in 1 shout.

Is there a pattern involving the time between each time it happens, maybe?

Without any form of way to reproduce it reliably I don't know what I can do if I'm honest, there have been no reports of anything like this happening (periods of broken UTF-8 notwithstanding) and I can't fix something I can't reproduce
