Check your path in the ACP

ACP->Maintenance->View PHP Info

Look for DOCUMENT_ROOT
adjust your downloads location from that variable

yah what that gives me is what i have in there still not working tho, + done a reinstall of all with no joy
would this have anything to do with Plesk Panel .? just thinking being that i have move from cPanel

Not that I know of, pm me a admin account and ftp info and I will look into it.

Plesk/cpanel shouldn't make a difference. It's all location and permissions. Like Ozzy said, if you give one of us permissions we can look at it for you. Only so many ways you can describe how to set it :)

Ok I have it working for you, I loaded a file and it is working as intended.

Thats done the job nice one,

One more thing When ur in the Who's Online im seeing this in the location is this something that can be fixed.?

Unknown Location
/vbdownloads.php?fileid=4&do=file

Unknown Location
/vbdownloads.php?do=file&fileid=5&zip=1

I think that has been requested to be fixed before, but to ensure it gets seen please post it as a feature request.
