Bug Reply All Block Problem

The reply all block seems to be broken, it is missing the reply all link. I have all permissions correct.
Also, when I have it set as "integrated" it does not display anywhere. Is it supposed to or does it automatically add all usernames when you reply to the pm? If that is the case then it is not working as well.

I believe you are missing the phrase, redownload the product, and re import the XML then see if that sorts it.

When I have it set to "integrated" nothing seems to happen.
How does the integrated value work?

It should show up next to the Submit & Go Advanced Buttons.
