Bug Removing exension

Dear reader,

I am using vBDownloads on my forum. But I am not able to remove extensions:

1. I click on 'remove' in the 'manage extensions'
2. Second I get a message: this action cannot be undone. I click Yes
3. I receive a 404 error: http://www.dj-lounge.nl/lounge/admincp/downloads.php?do=killextensiongroup cannot be found.

How am I able to remove extensions?

When you updated to the latest version, did you remember to upload all files? I believe this was fixed for the last release.

Yes, I updated yesterday my vBDownloads.
I am using version 1.2.3 now.

I wasn't aware of any new version, did I miss something ?

The unofficial version at the moment is 1.2.3. This will be updated to 1.3.0 shortly.
