Bug Redemptions do not work.

Dark,
I tried setting up a Redemption code. I have everything filled in correctly. When I visit the link I get redirected BUT no credits are applied?

Did you create a Redeem event with the Credits currency?

Now is there any way to link this to a facebook like or google +1 or tweet button? That would be cool...

Also jsut a FYI when I set that a user can only use this once. IT does limit it to one use but the popup comes every time.


Also If i set more than one redeem it does not work?

Just tagging Darkwaltz4 so he sees this. In general once the thread status has been changed it's a good idea to start a new thread, to ensure the dev gets a notification about it

Unfortunately, the social buttons are specifically made to avoid inserting stuff between clicks of them... mainly to prevent a malicious site from auto-clicking them, but this is a side effect as well.

The per-user thing is a bug which I'm fixing now.

I apologize for the delay in getting back to you on your issue. Tonight I've released a very-long-overdue update to vBCredits which contains dozens of bug fixes and improvements.
Can you please upgrade to the new v2.1.0 and let me know if your issue still persists? We can work from there now that all of the patches etc are up to date. Thanks!
