Problem tagging certain members of DBT

For some reason when I try to tag KristerSwe it never works. I have had this happen a few times with other members but it always happens with his username.

I not sure but I think it may be a default dbtech permission setting.
Our usergroup may not have permission to tag / mention on Blogs.

Should be taken care of now. It was an issue with username sorting with uppercase / lowercase characters.

Okay, that explains why it does not work on my site.
I was trying to find a setting but could not find one.
