Bug Need to refresh page to see cart count buttons change & removed item get removed

It appears that the latest 2.1.0 PL1 changes now require a page refresh.

After clearing all cache I'm still having to refresh the page to get the updated cart count to show on both buttons, and when removing an item from the cart I also now need to refresh the page for that item to no longer show in the list.

It must of been a cache thing that wasn't clearing. It appears to be working fine now, thanks.
