Question Move sticky from bottom of shout box to top of shout box

Title basically says it all. Looking to move the sticky bar from the bottom of the shout box to the top. My users don't like it on the bottom.

Hi there,

To do this, change the shout order from Oldest First to Newest First. There is no other way to move it at this time.
