Hi,
Refer Thread: https://www.dragonbyte-tech.com/threads/several-bugs-in-forum-url-rewrites.22421/#post-113171

Sorry for the delay, since i was travelling! Now, we have two issues.

1) Search results not redirecting to the respective links, instead its redirecting to the homepage.
2) Foreign language ( Tamil, Sinhala) URL is encoding like -2990-3009-2965-2990-3010-2975-3007-/ instead of that name.
Example: http://bit.ly/2LaiFW0

You can test this two issues directly accessing our forum https://www.hub.lk/

Have you made sure to enable UTF-8, convert URLs to UTF-8 and set non-latin characters to Keep?

No, that is not the correct setting. First of all, the settings should look like this:

You have the friendly URLs enabled, so DBSEO is never going to work for you until you fix your settings.

Secondly, I need your language's character encoding, from the Language Manager page, e.g.

Can you please PM me with an FTP and AdminCP account so I can look into this further?

Unfortunately this is not going to work @ your site because your site is primarily running non-UTF8 URLs. The UTF8 setting is only going to work if your language is set to use UTF-8, and you do not use latin1 characters on your site.

I have investigated the search result issue after changing the configuration and I cannot replicate it at the moment, so it seems like that issue has been resolved.

Unfortunately I cannot assist with enabling your URLs to use UTF-8, as it is not compatible with your forum. Sorry :(

After requesting the fix, my forum URL been changed without my consent! which is damaging the indexed pages and thousands of not found errors in GWT.

If it this a different mod then you can say you don';t aware of that! but its a SEO mod exclusively developed for VB SEO purpose and then you must know the potential issues of changing a small parameter in the URL.

Honestly, dissapointed.
