Do you have multiple languages installed on your forum? What's the character set of the primary language? Is your browser set to auto-detect the character set of the page?

Hello

Sorry this has took so long to reply.

I have done some more research into the issue. Our forum is set to use 'ISO-8859-1'. I can reproduce it everytime, on initial load (as a guest) its fine, then hitting reresh (cached version) it changes an is wrong.

If you look at:
Product Trials

In the forum description you get:

say about the product trials theyve taken part in.

When its a cached guest page.

I see the issue. The apostrophe is the Mac version, and your forum doesn't tell browsers to use ISO-8859-1 automatically. Here's the difference, blown up to make it easier to see:

they’ve
they've

Changing the encoding in your browser to ISO-8859-1 or correcting your content will resolve this issue. It's not something I have control over, unfortunately.
