Question Forum Home Block Not Displaying for Guests

I know I had this working before, but for some reason I can not get the forum home block to display for guests. I can't seem to find any permissions anywhere.
It displays fine for registered members.

Hi Charlie, sorry. If you look in ACP->Forums & Moderators->Forum Blocks Manager
Do you see a block for DBT Gallery? If you do, what are the settings?

If you want to PM me admin access I can check it out.

Hi Dylan, sorry it is not the sideblock. It is the block at the top of the forum page.

I've alerted him to this thread again, not entirely sure when he'll be able to look at it due to the fact that it is Xmas week, though

Sorry about that. Do you have it set so unregistered can view the gallery?
ACP->DBTech: Gallery-> Instance Management
Edit button on gallery instance.
Unregistered/Not Logged In with a check next to Can View Gallery.
They have to be able to view the gallery to see the forumhome block.

I absolutely do have it set that way. It was working fine and at some point stopped.
I can give you access if you need to have a look around.

Update: Unfortunately I did not get to this issue yesterday as promised, but it's top priority to resolve today.

The reason why it doesn't show up for guests is that that if condition only loads the gallery for members
