Not sure what's going on. :/

hmmm re download and upload the file, dbtech/vbdonate/hooks/process_templates_complete.php

Ozzy, that fixed the errors, however the sideblock is missing couple things, any way to fix this?

sv1.pngsv3.png

I deleted the old sideblock module as instructed then added the new one.

Also when trying to view user profiles I get the following error:
Fatal error: Call to a member function query_read() on a non-object in /home/rsquadco/public_html/dbtech/vbdonate_pro/hooks/postbit_display_complete.php on line 18

Re download and delete the module, and upload the new one. For the other error,

Could you please create and PM me with a temporary FTP and AdminCP account?

For security reasons, we recommend you create a new FTP account only for DBTech support, then disable or delete it after we have both confirmed the issue has been solved and there are no further issues.

The same applies to AdminCP accounts; they should ideally be temporary accounts created for us only. If we have created an account on your site already, you can optionally boost that account to Administrator and then de-admin this account once the issue has been solved.

If you use a .htaccess password protection for your AdminCP directory, it is recommended that you create a new authorised user for DBTech and remove this user once the issue has been solved.

Please test any temporary accounts you create to ensure that the FTP account has access to the forum files, and that the AdminCP account can access the administrative controls for the product we are assisting you with.

Ensuring this is all in order before submitting the information will significantly speed up the process of assisting you. We will alert you via PM if there's any issues with the login information you have provided.

When sending the PM, for your security you should also un-tick the "Save a copy in my Sent Items folder" checkbox. When the access details have been received, we will delete the PM from our inbox. Ensuring you have not kept a copy of the PM reduces the risk of security breaches.

Thank you for helping us debug our products and allowing us to assist you, we appreciate it :D

Also one more thing I wanted to report, I got this error when upgrading to the new version (styles error)

outdated.png

That is due to the templates being edited and not being overwritten, perfectly expected behavior.

OK the Fatal error: Call to a member function query_read() on a non-object in /home/rsquadco/public_html/dbtech/vbdonate_pro/hooks/postbit_display_complete.php on line 18 has been corrected as well, not entirely sure why that happened, as that line was the same in this version and the last.

The paypal image is clickable, but the image is added now, and clickable also, it is in the sideblock settings you can change the image there.

On a previous version somehow you made it non clickable and looking like this:
sv1.png

I can't remember how we achieved this :/

That was some template editing, as you can see now, the image is inserted if you choose the option to insert it, it is just in a different location.

The bottom placement doesn't make any sense, the paypal then the vBdonate would be better, trying to get this fixed but somehow keeps messing up and I keep editing.

:p

OK done, the PayPal image is no longer clickable, and the donate button is below it. :p
