Bug credits for reputation not working

i realy try to find some way to give my users some credits for uploading pictures, but all wat i try have bugs!?

no i think for cool pictures the user can give a reputation, so the poster get payd for the upload, but its not working. (or im to stupid!?)

Getting reputation. Negative reputation triggers negation. Multiplier is the absolute value.

Could it be that the user receiving the rep points haven't logged on to process the transaction?
