Bug Confilct bewteen navtabs & downloads

okay, with the new navtabs the downloads tab becomes "clicked" & " "jumps to 2 bar" here is an image to help explain.

I got a temp fix for the tab becoming clicked, still looking for a proper solution to that and the jumping to second navbar though. So you can re enable the downloads mod if you wish

Hey I just realized the the downloads becomes clicked once again if and when you use the 2nd navbar. Not sure if you noticed this when you were in there.

Should be ok for now, I changed some more things on a temp basis.
