Bug Comment and translation

Hi,
After installing the mod on my site, i have a try.
I translate the english to french for this expression :

[B]dbtech_downloads_vbshout_message[/B]

Translation :

vient juste d'envoyer [URL="{1}/{2}.php?do=download&fileid={3}"]{4}[/URL]

After translation, the language stay in english.

Secondly, if you go to Comment for a file, there aren't any possibility to let a comment.

k for the trnaslation i found the problem in the configuration, still having the comment problem.
