Question Can not uninstall product

When i tried to uninstall product, my script dies with these output :

Reverted Table: administrator
Reverted Table: datastore
Reverted Table: forum

No further message. I think that's because it tries to alter some tables with lot of data.

Can we do manual table alter by phpmyadmin and should that speed up product uninstallation?
If so, can you tell me what queries need to be run?

Update: nvm, i've tried to uninstall several times and finally it is completed. I guess table alteration progress is carried on each attempt.

Yeah, the next table is the post table and your MySQL server will keep attempting it even if the page is closed
