Bug Problem with slider on CMS page

Hello! I have downloaded latest lite version of slider from here. On forum.php slider works perfectly. But on content.php page slider do not worked correctly. If I refresh page on content.php slider looks like here (see screenshot)

Forum Software: Vbulletin 4.2.2. Please help me.

I actually have the same issue happen. The slider works then doesn't work then works then doesn't work.

If you keep refreshing, it eventually shows up.

Edit the widget (CMS widget settings) and change the cache time from 5 minutes to 0, and that should fix that issue.
