where do we make a ticket for custom add-ons?

why u not have ticket add-on!! when i make ticket on the brivum site , i make ticket and keep track of my custom add-on

Custom work requests are not support tickets.

#1 custom work requests are support tickets!! because you support my custom add-on, what if it has bug after you finish the add-on and i need to reply to ticket and tell you it has bug? i have to send again in contact? contact is for ask simple question, not ask for custom add-on and get support for custom add-on,
