I am a member of staff here at DBT, if users do not feel comfortable providing Admin access, and sometimes FTP info, their is nothing more DBT staff can do to troubleshoot users issues on their sites, other than telling them what to do in the threads. If it can not be resolved in the thread then their would be nothing more I could do to try and resolve the issue.
