[VB 4.07] Problem with battle

I just installed the pro package and I can't get the monster battles to do anything.

One thing I have noticed is that the file ajax_start.php is nearly empty.

Can you be more specific than "do anything"?

Are you saying that you can't perform any action in battle? If so, what does Firefox' Error Console (Tools -> Error Console) tell you?

PS: Don't worry about that file, it's old and defunct. AJAX is routed through forumon.php now

After some more investigating I have found it to be a problem in my style. When using the default vbulletin style it works, when I use my customized style it fails.

Something is clearly different between my style and the default style that is breaking the AJAX functions?

Also, why do I appear to be missing images for the map areas?

By not doing anything I mean that all of the AJAX functions fail and the small boxes below the battle area are empty.

Hmm I have no idea what could be causing that, you should try doing a comparison between the default and customised and see if you can spot the difference.

We don't supply area images unfortunately, only battleground images.

It ended up being the VB Status plugin that was interfering with the game. All is good now.
