Trple Triad is broken in 4.2

[Replicators]

In the admincp when i go into

Manage Triad Sets
Manage Players
Import/Export

It gives me a server error message

Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, email@email.com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 500 Internal Server Error error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I am unable to replicate this issue. Please inspect your Apache server's error_log for more information.

Please do not attempt to view the error_log file through cPanel (if you have that), as that does not contain the required information. You must login to your server and inspect the actual file.

If you're on a shared host, please contact your host and ask them to find the relevant file for you.

Also, check for any php error log files your server may have created in your admincp directory.
