Tracks Mod for Game Racing Community

I'm admin of Italian Community about Gran Turismo, a game for PlayStation3. I need a Mod for track online events with a control panel for input the data (pilots, position, points hearned, best lap etc...).

Basic specifications:

1. Interface for input online event details (date, time, name of event, circuit, photo of allowed car, rules etc) and available seats.
2. The users of forum can book an event or negate partecipation.
3. Interface for input the result details of online events with pilot names, times, best laps, points etc.
4. "Global Rank": list of all pilots with statistics (number of wins, number of second positions, total points etc)
5. Postbit system with summary of statistics (position on global rank, points etc Like vBactivity & Awards).

These are the most important functions of this mod.

This is something that would only be useful for a very small number of sites, so it's unlikely we'll make it unless someone commissions it as a custom job; it would cost us money otherwise.
