I am getting System Test - AJAX failure message.

This means your XCache is not functioning correctly. I would recommend switching to Filecache and disabling XCache from your vBulletin config.php.

Then it's likely related to the server issue you're experiencing at the moment - if the AJAX request gets cancelled by the server, that would be the error message.

Where are you enabled XCache Cache Info on Admin CP?

If you want to disable it, disable the plugin called "XCache Info" (plugin, not product).
