- how about to show a new thing happened in user "last activity" or even in "./avtivity.php" that actualy a ad
- a new notification to users that show them they win something or new website or any many other things
- a new post in threads with ad text but marked and colored as AD
- and many other ways that i tel after you really decide to build my suggestion
