Question Strange permission problem

Permission's don't seem to work properly for accessing the ability to edit licenses, user-reported they do not have any permission to edit license after they purchase, aka renew. After conducting further testing, with a brand new account, buying the same license, it showed that

You do not have permission to view this page or perform this action.

After I've given this test account all permissions available on XenForo, the issue still persisted, where I or the User cant access the ability to renew the license; however, the default admin account can. Any help possible?

There's a few possible causes for this:
1. The license belongs to another user
2. The user does not have permission to view the product
3. The license state is "moderated" or "deleted"

Thanks for the response, find it strange/unusual that even if all permission is given to a set user, the user cannot view the 'Edit License page'
Regarding 1) can confirm the user has the license and it's not expired on anything, 2) mentioned above and 3) license is active after purchase and remains active.

Are you able to replicate the issue if you create a new user account (with the same user group(s) as the affected user) and manually grant them a license?
