Bug skinning difference in forum and blog

HI,

ON the thanks mod visible at forum there is a background color whereas in the blogging area it doesn't. I would like to make it constant. Is that a conscious decision to keep like that? If not I would like to see no background color uniformly all over the places.

The background attribute of the .postbitlegacy .postfoot .textcontrols a, .postbit .postfoot .textcontrols a, .eventbit .eventfoot .eventcontrols a { CSS class, in postbit.css, controls the background in posts.
