Question shoutbox problem

hi hope this time i am on the wright section


got a problem one group don't see the shoutbox been look for a option can't found where to enable the the shotbox for tat particula group
user admin mod smod there is no problem they all see the shoutbox
a particular group,can't see the shoutbox can somebody help pleas where i gong wrong

You can edit shoutbox permissions by going to the instance manager and editing it from there.
