That drop-down reads from the image folders within the /dbtech/vbshop directory, this is working as intended.

I have tested the two features @ your site, and they are working 100% as intended.

When you save the Shop Management screen, it is intended to redirect back to the same screen.
When you save the Item Management screen, it is intended to redirect to the /vbshop.php?do=itemmanagement screen.

Both of these things happen as intended on your forum

I am taking, how to added the Shop Management here vbshop.php?do=shopmanagement and this shop where are showing? and how to delete the shop from here?

The shop will show up as soon as there's items added to it via the Item Management.

At this time, you can't delete shops via Shop Management, but it can be deleted via the AdminCP.
