Bug seeing other members tickets

I can see everyones tickets. is this a bug? i do not want a ticket system where the user can be seen communicating with us unprivately.

we use tickets to report members, and this defeats the anonymous purpose.

No. You can see those tickets because the forum permissions are set up in such a way that unless you post your tickets in the "(Private)" sub-forum(s), they can be seen by everyone so that others can join in the discussion.

If you set up your forums in such a way that members can only see their own threads (but staff can see all threads), then they cannot see each other's tickets either.
