Bug saved shipping address cannot be selected

Hi, unfortunately we have an error in the area of address selection after update. If you select a saved address, you will not get to the checkout and will instead be asked to create a new address. You can only go to the checkout when the two upper fields are filled out.

Ah I see, that seems to be an issue with the recent update to make the form elements required. I'll address this in the next version.
